Bakkowan Common House

The Bakkowan people live in the giant mangrove forest. Their entire village exists weaving through the roots of the mangrove trees. They practice sustainable building techniques that interfere with with existing landscape and nature as little as possible. They only use local materials and suspend all their structures on stilts to make building footprint as small as possible on the existing landscape.
